Matthew Marshal
CEO
Matthew G. Marshall directs the vision, strategy, and investment initiatives of MGM Development. He has overseen the development and transaction of more than 350 residential units across Greater Boston and New York City, with experience spanning acquisitions, capital raising, design, and construction. His hands-on approach and focus on disciplined execution define the firm’s work.
Barry McShea
Construction Project Manager
Barry McShea is a Construction Project Manager at MGM Development, where he directs project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and overall construction delivery. With more than a decade of experience, he has overseen over $100 million in residential projects, including luxury condominiums, multifamily communities, and large-scale renovations across Greater Boston.
Sylvain Marchal
Assistant Project Manager
Sylvain Marchal is an Assistant Project Manager at MGM Development, where he supports project budgeting, scheduling, and construction coordination. He has prior experience with Related Beal, Stantec, DPS Group, and New England Engineering, managing MEP systems and large-scale residential developments. A graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology, he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and multiple industry certifications.
Annette Thomas
Bookkeeping
Annette Thomas oversees in-house bookkeeping for MGM Development, managing financial tracking, reporting, and project-level accounting across the firm’s residential portfolio. She brings prior experience in construction management and property operations, including roles with Newton Investment Properties and Halliday Construction. Annette holds a B.S. in Social Work and Psychology from Bridgewater State University.
