Matt Marshall leads MGM Development Co., a vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm. He has completed more than $300 million in real estate transactions and development projects across the Greater Boston market, with direct oversight of acquisitions, capital formation, entitlement, design, and construction.
MGM raises and manages capital directly from its private investor base, and acquires, permits, and builds every project with an in-house construction team — giving investors a single point of accountability from underwriting through disposition.
